Terms & Conditions

Additional Terms & Conditions

These additional terms govern project execution, payments, support, delivery, and handover for client work undertaken by CodericStudio.

1. Payment & Project Progress

  • Project work will be executed according to the agreed milestone structure.
  • Delay in milestone payment may result in delay of the project timeline and delivery schedule.
  • Work on the next milestone will begin only after the previous milestone payment has been cleared.
  • All milestone payments are non-refundable once the respective milestone has been completed and approved by the client.

2. Communication & Project Management

  • Complete project communication, updates, progress reports, and task tracking will be managed through the designated CRM/project management system.
  • All project timelines will be calculated based on updates, approvals, and communication within the CRM.
  • Regular progress updates will be shared throughout the development process.

3. Scope Limitation

  • The project scope is limited only to the features and functionality mentioned in this document.
  • Any new feature, modification, redesign, integration, or additional requirement requested by the client outside the agreed scope will be treated as extra work and charged separately.
  • Additional work may also increase the project timeline.

4. Content & Credentials

  • The client is responsible for providing all required content, images, product information, certifications, branding materials, and login credentials on time.
  • Delays in providing required resources may affect the delivery timeline.

5. Hosting & Third-Party Services

  • Hosting, domain, email services, API services, SMS services, and any third-party tools are not included unless specifically mentioned.
  • All third-party service charges will be borne by the client.

6. Testing & Approval

  • The client will be provided an opportunity to review and test the completed work before final handover.
  • Any issues identified during the testing phase will be addressed before project completion.

7. Bug Support Policy

  • A 10-day complimentary bug-fix support period will be provided after final project delivery.
  • During this period, any bugs or issues related to the developed functionality will be resolved without additional charges.
  • After the 10-day support period expires, any bug fixes, modifications, updates, or maintenance requests will be charged separately.

8. Design & Revision Policy

  • Minor revisions related to the approved scope are included during development.
  • Major design changes, layout changes, or functionality changes after approval may require additional charges.

9. Project Completion & Handover

  • Final source code, website files, admin access, and project handover will be provided only after full payment clearance.
  • Ownership of the project will be transferred to the client after final payment is received.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • If the client decides to stop the project after development has started, completed milestone payments will not be refunded.
  • Any completed work up to the cancellation date will remain billable.

11. Warranty Limitation

  • The complimentary support period covers bug fixes only.
  • New features, enhancements, redesign requests, content updates, third-party issues, server issues, or hosting-related issues are not covered under the free support period.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Approval of this project scope and payment of the first milestone will be considered acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned in this document.
