Terms & Conditions

1. Project Management Policy

• All projects undertaken by Coderic Technologies are managed through our internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System.
• Every project follows a predefined workflow, milestone structure, approval process, and communication history to ensure transparency and timely delivery.

2. Milestone-Based Development

• All development work is performed strictly according to the agreed project milestones.
• Development of the next phase begins only after the payment of the previous milestone has been successfully received.
• If a milestone payment is delayed, the project will automatically remain on hold until the outstanding payment is cleared.
• Any delay in payment may result in an extension of the overall project delivery timeline.

3. Client Testing & Approval Policy

• After completion of each milestone or development phase, the work will be shared with the client for testing and verification.
• The client will be provided 24 hours to review the delivered work and report any bugs, issues, or corrections.
• If no feedback is received within this testing period, the delivered work will be considered approved and accepted.
• Once the testing period expires, that milestone will be treated as completed.
• No further revisions, modifications, bug reports, content changes, design changes, or feature requests related to that completed milestone will be accepted.
• Any future request will be treated as a separate paid task.

4. Bug Fix Policy

• Only genuine bugs reported during the official 24-hour testing period will be fixed without additional charges.
• Bug reports received after the testing period will not be included under the original project unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement.

5. Scope of Work

• The project includes only the features and functionality specifically mentioned in the approved quotation, proposal, or project scope document.
• Any request outside the agreed scope—including but not limited to: New Features, Additional Pages, API Integrations, Admin Panel Enhancements, UI/UX Changes, Design Modifications, Additional Reports, Automation, Database Changes—shall be treated as Out of Scope Development and will require a separate quotation, timeline, and payment.

6. Payment Policy

• All payments shall be made strictly according to the agreed milestone schedule.
• Failure to clear milestone payments may result in: Temporary suspension of development, Delay in project delivery, Suspension of technical support, Delay in deployment.

7. Final Handover Policy

• The following items will only be delivered after 100% payment clearance: Source Code, Website Files, Mobile Application Source, Database, Admin Panel Credentials, Server Files, Final Deployment, Domain Hosting Setup, Documentation (if applicable).
• No project handover will be provided before complete payment has been received.

8. Project Closure Policy

• Once a milestone has been completed and the client has been given the official 24-hour testing period, that phase shall be considered permanently closed after the testing window expires.
• Coderic Technologies reserves the right to refuse additional revisions on completed milestones after the testing period has ended.

9. Communication Policy

• All project discussions, approvals, change requests, milestone confirmations, and payment updates shall be considered valid only when communicated through the official channels approved by Coderic Technologies.
• Verbal discussions that are not documented may not be considered for future reference.

10. Delay Due to Client

• Project timelines are calculated assuming timely availability of: Required Content, Images, Credentials, API Keys, Approvals, Milestone Payments.
• Any delay from the client's side may automatically extend the project timeline.

11. Refund Policy

• All milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been completed and shared with the client.

12. Intellectual Property

• All project files, source code, designs, graphics, databases, and development assets remain the exclusive property of Coderic Technologies until the project payment has been cleared in full.
• Ownership shall transfer only after full payment and official project handover.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any dispute, legal claim, disagreement, or litigation arising out of the project, services, payments, or agreements shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Both parties agree that Meerut Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By making any payment, approving a quotation, confirming a project, or using our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Coderic Technologies.
